Interstate 95, Mile Marker 112 to 116, Exit 114 in South Carolina near Manning SC.
This Driver reports: "they hide in the median and love out of staters" Bears are creatures of habit.
Chris reports: "You have this one listed as well
but I wanted to add that this trap changes around often....spanning anywhere
from Exits 112 to 116. Another note here is that the fines are over 2.5
times more expensive than listed in South Carolina Legislature...and extremely
more expensive than the exact violation will cost in Ga. ,VA, or N.C."
