Interstate 95 in virginia, Mile Marker 62 in Chesterfield County.
This Driver reports: "Not so much a trap, but there is a significant portion of I-95 between Petersburg and Richmond where the speed limit is 60 instead of 65. Traveling north on I-95 I got paced by a bear. The courthouse was filled the morning I went to fight the ticket and it seems to be a popular area to get caught. ." Bears are creatures of habit.
