Interstate 10 in Louisiana, Mile Marker 5 near Vinton, LA.
This driver reports: "The last little town before entering Texas (headed west). These guys love to stop out-of-state vehicles because they know you won't make a special trip there to fight the outlandishly over-priced ticket. My ticket for going 12mph (I was actually going 2mph over) was $168.00 ." Bears are creatures of habit.
