Interstate 20 in Texas, Mile Marker 498 near Canton TX.
This Driver reports: "A car was pulled over on the side of the road and was getting the ticket about as much as I remember of it was the cop sits mostly on the side of the road or on the median clocking. He was there on the way back. So its a real bear trap threat." Bears are creatures of habit.
