Interstate 40 in Tennessee, Mile Marker 25 near Arlington, TN.
This Driver reports: "This is not just Bear radar this is Drug Interdiction radar. If you happen to look like some body who might be hauling dope you'll be stopped, and held, while the doggie takes a sniff. As you are coming into Shelby County west bound the bears are just over the hill, and are really watching the east bound traffic, hoping they can catch a drug runner/speeder." Bears are creatures of habit.
