Interstate 40 in Texas, Mile Marker 95 near Amarillo TX.
This driver reports: "Highway Patrol officer Dennis Brassfield sits on west side of interstate shooting radar at eastbound traffic. Once he radar's you he comes barreling across the median strip like he's going to hit you at a side front collision scaring the crap out of you. He then makes a turn to the east and issues you a ticket. There is NO TOLERANCE for any speed over the posted speed of 70. He hurries up and gives you a hefty ticket and then races east to turnaround to repeat his process of ensnaring the next victim. Note: If traveling east out of AZ where speed limit is 75 mph....be sure to adjust cruise control to just under 70 to allow for increase of speed going downhill. This highway patrolman just loves what he does. My own opinion is that he preys on senior citizens...cause I was the slowest guy on the road. Trucks blowing my doors off passing me!", Bears are creatures of habit.
