Interstate 5 in California, Exit Marker 508 to 518 in Sacramento, CA.
This driver reports: "More often in the N/B direction, it's very common for all-white "Ghost" CHP units, both sedans & Camaros w/ low-pro LED light bars, to work between exits 508 & 518. More often than not I've noted them to have 18 wheelers pulled over. I'm not a trucker but I think there is a section in this stretch where there is a lane restriction that's not clearly defined by visible signage for they sure do seem to have a field day with 18 wheelers in this area."
