This driver reports: "County Sheriff's And State Police Use Both Radar And Laser In This Area. Will Hide On Ramps And Stand In Front Of Car Along The Side Of The Interstate With Blue Lights Flashing And Shoot Laser Back At Oncoming Traffic". Bears are creatures of habit.
