Interstate 70 in Colorado, Mile Marker 419 near Stratton, CO.
This driver reports: "not really a trap but i was stopped for 83mph in a 75 zone. i was told by the bear that Colorado stops everyone for 8mph over the limit. good grief!" Bears are creatures of habit.
