Interstate 75 in Ohio, Mile Marker 153 near Findlay, OH.
This driver reports: "The cops love to sit in the entrance ramp from the rest area near Findlay. One car was traveling about 75 mph in this area, passed me, but I got pulled over due to being "out of state." Obviously a revenue scam. So, drop your speed to around 60 in this area to not give them a reason to pull you over.", Bears are creatures of habit.
