Interstate 8 in California, Exit 170 near Winterhaven, CA.
This Driver reports: "CHIPS works east and westbound sides, not a true trap, cruisers use radar. CA Posted limit drops to 70 (55 for trucks) vs. Arizona 75 at State line. Very active. Been cited myself and on almost every trip I make I see someone pulled over at the Sidewinder Road exit. CHIPs base station is off Sidewinder Road. They gas up at the Shell Station there.
