Interstate 81 in Virginia, Exit 197 in Rockbridge County, VA.
This Driver reports: "The cross-over is hidden behind bushes. Bear hides there waiting for both way traffic. The area is at the bottom of the incline so be careful." Bears are creatures of habit.
