BEAR TRAP REPORT Reported January 24, 2006 by Jake
Confirmed by Tim May 4, 2007
Interstate 89 in New Hampshire, Mile Marker 47, Exit 14 near Grantham, NH.
This driver reports: "I was heading south on a Sunday - Smokey was up higher closer to northbound lane - had radar on but only got a few seconds notice." Bears are creatures of habit.
Tim Reports: "As you approach exit 17 (Enfield/Canaan) on I-89N, you go downhill. Bear sits at the bottom of the hill, picking people off frequently. I have seen them work in pairs, with one on the radar outside of his car on the left, and one on a motorcycle on the right just past the exit on the bridge, waving people over. Slow down as you approach exit 17!"
There are specific "Situations" where you can find bears because they are creatures of habit. Read my book Bear Traps On The Interstate and learn Bears tricks
