Interstate I93 in New Hampshire, Mile Marker 22 near Sanbornton, NH.
This Driver reports: "Southbound I-93, south of exit 22. Cop sits at the bottom of a high hill, and is hidden from view until after you come around a severe curve and start down the hill." Bears are creatures of habit.
