Interstate 95 in Florida, Exit 128 near Fort Pierce FL.
This Driver reports: "Going northbound on I-95, watch for State Troopers as you approach the 128 mile marker. There is usually a lot of traffic at certain times of the day, thus it is difficult to spot the Trooper. The closest intersection is Orange Ave." Bears are creatures of habit.
