Interstate 95 in Florida, Mile Marker 341 near Jacksonville, FL.
This driver reports: "Most places have a 5 mph leeway in Florida. However, between MM AND EXITS 341-355 there are signs that say Enhanced Speeding Fines in this areas as of 3/31/2007. They are for revenue generating for local hospitals and trauma center. 1 mph over the speed limit and you get double the fine. Speed limit is 65 drops to 55 and 50 then 45 on north end of are between exits 347 and Interstate 10." Bears are creatures of habit.
